Continuous feedback increases understanding in the team. Give & receive feedback mindfully through informal communication and structured meetings.

Structured feedback meetings can be done in a form of scheduled recurring Retros. You can find many different fun ways to do that. One of our favourite ways is a boat retro, where everyone puts post-its on a board like in a picture below. If you work in a remote team, Google Drive's Drawing can be used for that.
